《國際經濟》經濟成長疲弱，南韓放棄預算平衡

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】南韓政府公布2014年預算案，敲定規模達357.7兆韓元（3320億美元）的財政支出計畫，並表示朴槿惠政府在5年任期內不再期望達成預算平衡，因為疲弱的經濟成長削弱國家歲入。

南韓政府公布規模357.7兆韓元的2014年財政支出方案，較2013年增加2.5%。財政部估算2014年國家總收入為370.7兆韓元，較2013年增加2.8%。

政府預算案中預測明年經濟成長為3.9%，略低於6月的預測值（成長4%）。2013～2017年間，經濟平均年成長率預估為4%。五年間，政府收入平均年成長率預估為5%，支出平均年增率維持在3.5%，以減少國家債務。
