其實程序正義根本就是有點問題的用語程序不等於正義程序規定或是法律規定是僵硬的要件跟效果正義是每個人對個案決定看法 (法官也不能代表正義喔) 是浮動的根本沒有固定標準答案的例如大埔案每人看法都不同個人以為根本是互斥的東西不曉得哪一個天才把他加在一起如果你是半澤上面一個星期要你拿回五億又何嘗是程序?? 根本非法要求標準這要給法務部門去催收無法回收再轉呆帳怎麼叫貸款的人去催收大家還是去了解一下銀行實務再來發言不要鬧笑話 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.69.124.30
