（中央社記者楊思瑞台南28日電）台南市政府預定於11月舉辦2013台南清燙牛肉節活動，廣邀轄內的清燙牛肉業者參與，希望吸引更多遊客。

台南市政府觀光旅遊局指出，台南市是國產牛肉供銷重鎮，產量全台第一，新鮮的溫體牛肉為最有市場競爭力的產品。新鮮溫體牛肉以清燙方式料理，口感有別於國外進口的冷凍牛肉，成為台南特有的飲食文化。

市府觀光旅遊局指出，今年的清燙牛肉節活動將結合國產牛肉共同標示、及食品衛生法規範，協助業者於販賣場所標示原產地，讓消費者安心選購。

市府指出，11月中旬在活動主場地將辦理清燙牛肉品嚐，預計請業者提供5000碗清燙牛肉免費讓到場民眾大快朵頤；並由觀光旅遊局提供5000份遊客到店消費優惠，希望能將遊客導引至各店家。

市府指出，10月底前將持續募集店家加入，再發行清燙牛肉地圖，協助業者行銷，向遊客推薦有標章、衛生又美味的台南清燙牛肉。1020928
