新颱風「蝴蝶」形成 對台無直接影響

今年的第21號颱風蝴蝶，今天下午在南海成形，不過中央氣象局表示，蝴蝶颱風對台灣不會有直接影響。

氣象局說，輕度颱風蝴蝶未來會以每秒8公里的速度，向西轉西南西行進，也就是朝海南島和越南之間通過，對台灣的天氣，不會有直接影響。
