（中央社記者蔡筱穎巴黎2013年10月1日專電）經濟合作暨發展組織（OECD）和聯合國經濟與社會理事會（ECOSOC）最新完成的全球移民趨勢分析指出，已有170萬名大專以上學歷的中國大陸人移民OECD國家，較2000年增加71%。

分析報告指出，全球約有2億3200萬移民，比2000年增加5700萬人，其中半數以上遷移到OECD國家，其中女性占國際移民的48%，在OECD國家中則占51%。

自2000年以來，大專學歷移民的數量在OECD國家增加了70%。2010/11年度，來自印度的移民有200萬人，較2000年增加78%，比例高過中國大陸移民。

非洲和拉丁美洲小國和島嶼國家的人才外流狀況尤為嚴重。最新數據顯示，一些國家，特別是在加勒比海地區，更多受過高等教育的人移居OECD國家。
