（中央社台北2013年10月4日電）美國股市開盤平盤震盪，標準普爾500指數本週料將收黑，針對意在終結政府局部停擺現象與提高聯邦舉債上限的談判，投資人靜待情勢發展。

台北時間晚間9時37分，道瓊工業指數跌0.54點或幾近持平，報14995.94點；那斯達克綜合指數漲5.99點或0.16%，報3780.332點；標準普爾500指數漲0.80點或0.05%，報1679.46點；費城半導體指數漲1.346點或0.27%，報495.143點。

協助倫敦橫橋資本公司（Crossbridge Capital）操作20億美元的投資部主管辛赫（Manish Singh）表示：「撇開裝腔作勢，我認為解決方案正在蘊釀。即使債限法案沒有獲得多數共和黨議員的支持，不過眾院議長決心避免美國違約是好事。對市場而言，聯邦政府違約比預算案未達成共識更令人擔心。」（譯者：中央社徐崇哲）
