拒酒駕 警分局長名片印罰則

（中央社記者林瑞益新竹4日電）新竹縣政府警察局竹東分局長黃志祥宣傳「酒後不開車」有一套，將公共危險罪的罰則印在名片後，引起民眾注意。

黃志祥自宜蘭縣警局三星警分局奉調至竹東服務，他突發奇想，在名片後印酒駕罰則，讓拿到他的名片的人士眼睛為之一亮，且罰則後提供完整明確的酒駕罰款「價目一覽表」。

警方說，有民眾拿到黃志祥的名片後，將名片護貝懸掛在胸前獻寶，當作社交拚酒擋箭牌，據說比廟宇香囊還管用。

警方指出，黃志祥名片正面印著姓名、官銜及聯絡電話，名片背面加印酒駕新修正罰責一覽表，包括大型車、小型車、機車的公共危險罪罰責條列說明，令民眾對酒駕處罰一目了然。1021004
