所以（自在）即是（佛在）

六波羅蜜多，簡稱六度。又稱事究竟、到彼岸、度無極、度、波羅蜜、波羅蜜多、播羅弭多、，謂菩薩從初住至六住位，以多修習善修習「布施、持戒、忍辱、精進、禪定（靜慮）、智慧」六度萬行為筏，度脫於生死苦海，得至究竟涅槃之彼
