替代役的相關條件

一、我的父親６０歲（到了要當兵我父親可能６１～６２歲了），我的母親５Ｘ歲，有一個輕度身心障礙的哥哥，以及一個年邁的奶奶，父親沒有在工作了，請問這樣是否有資格申請替代役？

二、查了相關資料，看到其中一條：(4)志工資格：自志願服務法公布施行日(九十年一月二十日)起，從事志願服務相關項目工作滿一年且服務時數達一百五十小時以上，具有志願服務績效證明書及志願服務紀錄冊之役男，得申請服該相關類(役)別替代役。

請問這項資格，是要從事什麼事情才可以具備這樣的條件呢？
