《國際金融》防債限談判破局，白宮將備妥應變方案

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】美國總統歐巴馬在白宮記者會上表示，政府已著手制定應變方案，為國會無法在期限前就提高舉債上限達成協議的各種可能性預做準備。

某些共和黨人表示，即使國會不上調舉債授權，美國亦可藉由優先償還部分債務來避免倒債情況發生。歐巴馬批評這是不負責任的建議。

歐巴馬在記者會中未對應變方案的細節多做說明，僅表示財政部長李烏（Jack Lew）周四在參議院委員會接受質詢時，將進一步說明計畫內容。
