凱瑞抵喀布爾 突訪阿富汗

（法新社喀布爾11日電） 美國國務卿凱瑞（JohnKerry）今天突然抵達喀布爾訪問。美國與阿富汗就美軍於2014年後留駐阿富汗事宜的談判，陷入困境。

阿富汗總統卡賽（Hamid Karzai）本週表示，如果阿富汗對這件事情的條件感到不滿，他準備退出雙邊安全協定（Bilateral Security Agreement）談判。

不過，美國一直催促在月底前簽署這項協定，讓美國為首的北大西洋公約組織（NATO）軍事聯盟能如期在2014年12月前撤出8萬7000名戰鬥部隊。

陪同凱瑞訪問的國務院官員告訴記者：「歐巴馬總統與卡賽總統都在1月重申，目標是在10月間達成雙邊安全協定。」（譯者：中央社張曉雯）
