〔自由時報記者吳昇儒／基隆報導〕基市警四分局安樂分駐所巡佐盧達誠外號「爐主」，在擔任警員時，緝毒績效都是分局前三名，讓轄內的毒品人口聞風喪膽。

前日晚間，「爐主」接獲線報，與警員陳建良在基隆市祥豐街一帶埋伏，發現持有少量海洛因的36歲邱奕欽，但邱嫌完全不理會盤查的陳員，盧達誠見狀便伸手拍拍邱嫌說：「你聽過基隆市警察局的『爐主』嗎？就是我！」邱男大吃一驚，立即向員警道歉且乖乖就逮。
