離婚後房子被設定,對方再婚,我的房子會被查封嗎?

我跟我前夫在離婚前有一間房子
在離婚後
他把房子登記在我名下
可是卻是在我不知明的情況下
以"設定"的方式給我
但是他已再婚

房子從79年開始設定
他設定了10年
這樣
追溯期要從79年開始算?
還是89年開始算?
他在我不知明的情況下做了這樣的設定
請問有觸犯法律嗎?
我的房子會被查封嗎?
他的再婚妻子有資格拍賣我的房子嗎?
