您好，我在醫院加護病房擔任護理人員，針對醫院契約書的違約賠償認為不合理，想請您給建議是否為有效的契約書？ 1.乙方（本人）接受甲方舉辦的加護訓練，為期1個月 2.乙方結訓需即返回甲方任職，並延長任期一年 3.乙方結訓後若不能履行本契約書約定事項，願賠償甲方(醫院)訓練期間所領之薪水即補助費用，並不得提出異議？針對賠償問題，我有疑問？訓練期間本人皆為私人時間受訓，且皆於甲方院內加護病房工作中，所以他要求賠償訓練期間薪水是否合理？另外院方告知我底薪與我實際的底薪不符合，我是否須履行合約?
