9/27與部門主管有勞資爭論問題，10/7即遭部門經理約談，爭論問題未予處理，卻以我的精神狀況不是很好作為調動部門的理由，本人不認同即請公司提出合理的理由。
10/14在工作時因沒有紙張便在不要的紙箱上寫著再遭約談時要對主管說的話，(睜眼說瞎話、敢做不敢當、一手遮天)，不料在下班前幾分鐘被公司總經理看見，就召主管叫我們員工集合問是誰寫的，我說是我寫的，他馬上拍照並對我說妳準備接傳票吧！說要去法院告我…
一、請問他能告我什麼呢？
二、工作規則上並無訂立上班時間不能寫字吧！而且我是寫想要對主管約談的對話而已呀！
