小弟為私立學士畢社會新鮮人第一次發文請見諒最近去面試上一家傳產在新竹湖口的X聯化學待遇底薪 32000 交通津貼 2000 生產獎金 4000~6000 輪班津貼夜班400午班250 全薪 40000~42000 年終底薪*4~6 年薪 60~65W 休假周休2日(小弟覺得這很好) 輪班一個月輪1~2個禮拜午班或夜班三節、生日各1000 調薪 2~3% 旅遊一年一次國內、國外旅遊小弟有個目標，希望可以在30歲以前年薪百萬但是以這調薪幅度似乎很難達成想詢問板上各位大大，此公司在傳產中待遇如何?是否可待? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.35.179.109
