拜耳透明聚氨酯 打造耀眼提琴

【大紀元10月15日報導】（中央社記者潘智義台北15日電）為推出能夠演奏、易於學習，又便於攜帶的樂器，拜耳材料科技與合作夥伴共同提出一種未來大提琴的設計理念，採用透明的塑膠，製成質輕且具有多重視覺效果的樂器。

拜耳發布新聞稿表示，2013年國際橡膠及塑膠展覽會2013年10月16日至23日於德國杜塞道夫舉行，將展示根據「大提琴2.0」理念，研發出的創新大提琴原型。

參觀者不僅可親身體驗新概念大提琴的巧妙設計、卓越功能，同時也能夠參觀拜耳塑膠製成的其他樂器。

拜耳指出，未來大提琴的琴身採用水晶般透明的澆注樹脂製成，是一種脂肪族聚氨酯，易於模壓加工成各種形狀。在澆注之前，先用兩種不含溶劑的液體成分拜耳材料科技德士模都（Desmodur）、德士模範（Desmophen）系列材料，並根據所選用的成分，製成滿足不同硬度及彈性要求的聚氨酯材料。
