都分紅費用化了，哪來的百萬年薪，有X14就要偷笑了， 台灣企業目前都在停滯成長，除了可能有少數幾家還可以， 不然就是維持營運，以前股票分紅，你隨便都可以拿個十幾張， 如果以股價50來算，都50萬，當然輕鬆破百，現在績效獎金叫做 激怒獎金，好的公司給你1~2個月，有良心的就給你發封信說今年 營運不佳發不出來。台灣薪水都倒退那麼多年了，就看何時景氣會 變好，不然就是一直維持現狀。 ※ 引述《fliesa (fliesa)》之銘言： : 這應該可以問吧?如果不行我在刪掉 : 版上有很多人的聘書大多是42K~46K的RANGE : 取46K好了，46K*14=644K，也還差356K : 剩下的這些$是靠加班費跟分紅稱上去的嗎? : 抑或者是第二年的調薪幅度比較大，想請問各位年薪百萬的組成是怎麼拿的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.205.167.197
