JP Morgan與美司法部達成130億美元和解

JP Morgan(摩根大通)( (US-JPM) )與美國司法部達成和解協議，就導致引爆金融風暴的房貸證券發行一事賠償130億美元。

《華爾街日報》報導，JP Morgan與美國司法部就房屋抵押證券一事達成協議，將支付包括40億美元給Federal Housing Finance Agency(美國聯邦住房金融局)，以補償誤導Fannie Mae與Freddie Mac購買房貸證券導致的損失。另外支付40億美元做為消費者求償之用；50億美元的銀行罰款。總額一共高達130億美元。

JP Morgan集團在2005年至2007年發行房產抵押擔保證券(MBS)，但是2008年發生金融危機，所發行的MBS大幅虧損，並間接引爆美國金融風暴與全球經濟危機。
