牙周病治療完後，想要來戴牙套了～

因為我的牙縫很大，所以常常卡一些菜渣等東西，
如果忘記清理，這些廚餘就會在我口腔裡滋生細菌，害我蛀牙！
這是我之前蛀牙時，醫師跟我說就是牙縫大的原因，
不過就算我現在都很乖的清理，吃完飯後一定會刷牙或漱口，
但還是常常會有刷不到的或清潔不了的菜渣汙垢，讓我的牙周狀況一直不好！

之前還因為牙周病治療後又復發，我懶的再去求診，
結果造成嘴巴整個很臭，一張開口就會看到對方臉色大變，
同事間私底下的嘲笑讓我超沒自信～後來在公司都不太敢講話，
很多事情我都選擇沉默，那段時間真的讓我覺得人生很黑暗！
我姐知道我這樣的情況，願意出錢讓我去改善牙周病然後順便把牙齒矯正好，
因為姊姊賺的錢比較多，所以費用上還ok，
但重點是要選擇好的診所和醫師，所以想請版大們推薦啦～
