本人想請教有知居家飲食所食用的鹽一直都是《台鹽》高級精鹽鈉攝取量會不會過高的有知人士們，

究竟居家飲食所食用的鹽一直都是《台鹽》高級精鈉攝取量會不會過高？

因為打從娘胎裡頭就一直吃奶蛋素的本人家中就只有食用《台鹽》高級精鹽的可能性而已，

因此本人不知如此一來鈉的食用量會不會過高？
