小弟我最近有在考慮換工作藉著特休去面試了兩間近期得到兩份offer，想請教版上的各位大大公司大立光 (現公司) 友達(台中廠) 矽品(大豐廠) 職缺產線助理工程師自動化課工程師製造三部工程師待遇 N-5 N+2 N-1 住所騎車40min 騎車40min 住宿福利 15個月底薪 14個月 14個月 (有分紅) 工時 7點50 ~21UP 8 ~18 ? 8~17 ? 17以後算加班? 做六休一 (主管是這麼說的) 有時平日可以選一天早走目前只拿到友達跟矽品的offer 大立光真的蠻累的所以小弟我真的蠻想換一間比較有生活的公司只是大立光一年待下來年薪可以到70以上這也讓我猶豫不決不知道去了另外兩間會不會一樣操錢反而沒這麼多了想請教版上的大大們這兩間的風氣如何還有操的程度是否跟錢成正比今天下午要去南科GG面試設備希望一切順利阿!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.118.230.140
