《國際經濟》安倍：經濟激勵方案不靠舉債

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】日本首相安倍晉三周四在國會上議院預算委員會表示，他將利用高於預期的稅收，做為經濟激勵方案支出的資金來源，而非依賴發行新債。日本政府將於12月初公佈5兆日圓（510億美元）經濟激勵方案的施行細節。該方案旨在減緩明年4月提高消費稅可能造成的衝擊。
