航港局：船舶文件過期 將受罰禁止航行

航港局表示，為了確保船舶航行安全，十一月一號起，將會依船舶法第二十三條及七十四條的規定，檢查船舶文書有無過期或違法使用，如果檢查不合格除不得航行外，二十噸以下將處三千到三萬元、二十噸以上則處六千到六萬元的罰鍰，並可連續處罰。

航港局表示，將會不定期派人到各港口進行船舶證照抽檢作業，一旦查獲違反規定者，將處分船舶所有人、船長、遊艇駕駛，請漁民及船舶所有人注意。

航港局提醒，無論漁船、貨船、遊艇等各型船舶，所有人都應立即檢視所持用船舶文書，如有逾期或即將逾期都應該申請檢查，對保險理賠，航行安全都較有保障。（圖：東北海岸的遊艇觀光）
