今天和同學聊租房子的眉角，才發現我的電費似乎多繳了。
當初簽約時房租是包含網路費和第四台的費用，電費和水費是照表計算，
聽來一切正常，但是我的電費並不會因為夏天或冬天而有太大的改變，
因為我們都是照夏天的標準收費，一度4.39，但是明明冬天照台電算法我一度才2.68
真的越想越不合理，但是當初已經簽約了，我還有辦法和房東提出抗議嗎?
