乘客未下車就啟動 駕駛判4月

〔自由時報記者侯柏青／台北報導〕70歲的張姓老翁搭客運要下車，但找車票的動作慢，客運司機游佳晟卻啟動車子，害張翁跌至最底層階梯，左腹挫傷、左手小指韌帶斷裂；張翁告游男業務過失傷害，台北地院判游男4月，折合易科罰金12萬元，可上訴。

張翁向法官表示，今年4月1日從新竹搭客運北上，準備在台北市景美站下車，當時游男把車子停下來，他找車票動作慢，游不耐煩發動引擎開車，他沒辦法伸手拉住拉環，重心不穩往下摔，司機看到他摔倒，緊急煞車，害他整個人摔落階梯，事後還留下空號電話，他轉而向客運公司提出客訴，並去驗傷提告。
