父母欠債但還在世，子女要還嗎？

不管父母是否在世或死亡，目前民法內容，皆無說明子女需代替父母償還．

但若父母死亡時，未做拋棄或限定繼承，則繼承父母之債務後，子女即有義務償還．

所以只要注意，當知悉父母身故時記得拋棄或限定繼承，即可免除債務困擾．
