我很討厭運動，因為以前都很不忌口
我把自己吃得太肥了，我用過了很多種減肥方法
不是效果一點點而已，就是復胖變的更肥
我還曾經因為吃減肥藥吃到被送醫院去
真是為了減肥弄的這麼可怕，我覺得越來越沒信心了
對於減肥這件事，從來沒有成功過，減了4年了
到頭來錢都白花，沒有任何成就感
我就是想要瘦，因為我想穿上漂亮的衣服
看到很漂亮的女生真的很羨慕
我這一生運氣很好，認識了一位好朋友
她幫助我在5個月瘦了15公斤
我到現在已經保持3年沒復胖了
我好滿意現在的身材
可以穿自己喜歡的衣服
我每天在路上都很有自信，好快樂!
