遠通電收昨日公布民調，用戶整體滿意度達95％，但未辦eTag的民眾理由最大宗竟是「沒時間」、「懶得辦」，讓遠通相當傻眼，表示「還有努力空間」。

遠通委託淡江大學進行ETC用戶滿意度調查，ETC用戶整體滿意度達95％，以ETC省時、省油最受好評。高公局表示，統計國道上eTag平均利用率約85％到86％，比起日本5成多已經很高，但仍有努力空間。遠通表示，今起秀eTag卡或ETC聯名卡到全台近千家特約商店消費，可享專屬折扣或超值優惠，到遠傳電信申請門號辦手機及平板電腦，最多可享1000元折抵，更多優惠可洽遠通電收網站www.fetc.net.tw。（記者黃立翔）
