《國際產業》歐美電信龍頭要結親？傳AT&T明年併沃達豐

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】彭博社引述消息人士報導，美國電信業龍頭AT&T公司高層已經展開佈局，明年可能收購歐洲最大的行動電信商－英國沃達豐公司（Vodafone Group）。

消息人士表示，兩家公司目前尚未進入正式談判階段，但AT&T已經加緊籌備工作，評估在併購後將保留的沃達豐資產，以及其他待處分資產的可能買主。

此外，英國EE電信公司亦是AT&T有興趣收購的備選目標。AT&T與沃達豐合併，將成為全世界最大的電信公司。
