紅單交易 張盛和籲核實申報

（中央社記者王靖怡台北1日電）財政部長張盛和今天說，要再研究、深入了解紅單交易是如何交易，並呼籲有所得者都應依法核實申報。

張盛和上午到立法院備詢前，媒體問及有關預售屋紅單亂象，建商透過議約權方式，結合自己人、投機客炒高房價，要如何預防用小套房炒房？

張盛和接受媒體訪問表示，要再研究、深入了解紅單交易是如何交易。

媒體追問，紅單交易是私下交易，該如何查稅及課稅？

張盛和說，只要有所得都要課稅，綜合所得稅是誠實申報制，他呼籲有所得者都應依法核實申報。1021101
