《國際金融》落實改革，惠譽調升西班牙評級展望

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】國際信用評等公司惠譽宣布，西班牙主權債信評等維持BBB不變，較垃圾級高兩個等級；評等展望由「負面」提高至「穩定」。

惠譽在報告中表示，西班牙在整頓財政、削減支出方面顯現成效，政府在就業市場、退休金制度與金融系統落實重大改革，且經濟提前恢復增長。

目前標普與穆迪給予西班牙的債信評級分別為BBB-和Baa3，均較垃圾級高一個等級，展望均為負面。
