台星協定 立院這會期可望過關

（中央社記者王靖怡、溫貴香台北7日電）中國國民黨立法院黨團今天說，這會期應有機會通過台星經濟夥伴協定（ASTEP）；民主進步黨團說，正面肯定ASTEP。

歷時3年，ASTEP上午簽署，至於何時生效？經濟部長張家祝表示，希望越快越好，會盡快送進立法院，希望這會期能完成法定程序。台灣與新加坡之後將通知對方，再提報世界貿易組織後就生效。

國民黨政策委員會執行長林鴻池下午受訪表示，希望行政院儘速將ASTEP本文與配合修正的海關進口稅則部分稅則修正草案送到立法院，將盡快安排審查。

民進黨團總召集人柯建銘說，立法院會儘速處理ASTEP，但能否在這會期完成審查，要看國民黨團。

台灣和新加坡經貿關係密切，去年雙邊貿易總額達282億美元（約新台幣8194億元），新加坡是台灣第5大貿易夥伴，台灣則是新加坡第8大貿易夥伴。1021107
