涉內線交易 黑松監察張道榕遭約談

最新消息，股市上市黑松公司的監察人張道榕，疑似因為事先知道黑松公司準備標售微風百貨旁邊土地，市值超過40億的重大利多消息，涉嫌利用家人名義購買自家股票，從中獲利，違反證交法，檢調目前已經約談張道榕到案說明。

檢調指出，這次的內線交易應該是張道榕的個人行為，但張道榕否認違法。
