標題[請益] 台積電的IT發展性?

各位好，我是113資工所學生我去年在板上問過有關offer的請益得到大家眾多的意見，決定選擇台積電IT 我要報到的部門是AMHS，我想詢問大家的問題是，台積電IT部門的發展性如何? 因為IT已經是很穩定的規模了，想知道他們在升遷上的機會是如何?? 另外就是，如果我離開的話，轉換跑道會很困難嗎?? 因為之前有人的意見是基本上就是重新訓練，可是公司可能不願意聘請沒有技術但是又有年資的員工，真的是這樣嗎?? 先謝謝各位的意見!!!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.11.224.176
