女嬰喝鈉過量奶粉致命？檢解剖查死因

新北市一名兩個月大的女嬰，疑似喝下鈉含量過高的奶粉，造成發燒送醫宣告不治，台北地檢署今天解剖女嬰遺體，再根據各方的調查結果，推論可能的死亡原因，預計下午檢方將針對辦案進度做出說明。

事實上，檢方日前已經將女嬰喝過的奶粉和沒有開封的奶粉送驗，發現沒有開封的鈉含量沒有超標，但已開封的奶粉都超標。到底是哪個環節出了問題？有沒有人為的因素？這都將是檢方將釐清的疑點。
