投書美媒 東海和平倡議解爭端

（中央社記者廖漢原華盛頓28日專電）僑務諮詢委員王福權投書紐約時報，表示中華民國總統馬英九提出的東海和平倡議可以和平方式解決東海爭端，也符合區域各國及美國亞洲再平衡政策的利益。

紐約時報（The New York Times）網路版28日刊出王福權的投書指出，提出倡議的馬總統是可以舒緩緊張局勢、解決釣魚台問題的調解者。美中日3國應重視馬總統的呼籲，將焦點集中於共同開發與多方會談。

王福權指出，馬總統近期的建議是2012年提出東海和平倡議的一部份，他呼籲涉及爭端的國家避免挑釁，擱置分歧，保持對話，恪守國際公法，以和平手段解決爭端。

馬總統提出的倡議是解決爭端的最好方式，也符合美國亞洲再平衡政策的立場。1021128
