11月臺灣製造業採購經理人指數（PMI）周一（2）日公布，由於10月指數意外走低，出現8個月以來擴張速度最緩慢的一次，整體製造業呈現旺季不旺，加重第4季經濟不佳的陰影，近期來自全球市場PMI上揚的好消息，能否帶動台灣PMI的上揚？讓調查單位中華經濟研究院如履薄冰。

台灣的主要出口市場，上周接續傳來好消息，亞洲5國景氣領先指標在連跌7個月之後首見回升，OECD國家領先指標也連升13個月，歐美景氣回溫明顯，全球經濟顯然走向復甦趨勢。

IMF預測2014年全球貿易量可望增溫，有機會延續台灣出口成長動能，均有助於本月PMI的好轉。
