轉彎車未讓直行車

如題 ,

前幾天發生車禍 ,

小弟騎在本人車道上 ,

因為是自己車道所以以時速6.70前進

但是到一個叉路口對方突然違規在雙黃線上左轉 ( 對方呈現逆向狀態

使小弟煞車不及撞上 ,

但是雙方皆同意私下和解 ,

可是問題來了 , 小弟卡在無照上 , 所以警察說我輸一半

對方也因為我無照要求我修車費總共7000 加上醫藥費以及近日來不能上班的費用

小弟雖然無照但是對方也違規這樣怎麼處理 ?

對方逆向左轉未讓直行車 ?

想請問大家怎麼處理 ..
