圖文：http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog/post/38913232 時間：2013/11 友人從台南回台北，約了我一同晚餐，一時之間想不到吃什麼好，於是又來 了一次離家不遠的二男。第二次先訂了位才來，總算被安排在一樓的板前位 子。 男子漢海鮮丼＄360 這次點了男子漢海鮮丼，魚料有鮭魚、海鱺、紅甘、竹筴魚、穴子、鮭魚卵 、海膽與胭脂蝦。除此之外還有酪梨、蟹膏、蟳肉棒、魚卵等料，倒是比菜 單所列的食材還要多一些。魚料全切成片，厚度適中，份量豐富，滿滿蓋住 了底下的醋飯，醋飯已經加了醬油調味。各種魚料普遍都新鮮甜美，可今天 的海膽卻有濃厚的明礬味，味道很差，算是這碗魚料中的敗筆，讓人有點失 望，此外便是蟹膏稍有些腥味，除了這兩樣不甚滿意，其餘魚料倒是挺好。 看來下次來還是不要點有海膽的丼飯了吧，品質可能不是很穩定，還是點生 魚片的就好。 二男ほんかく小家料理 地址：新北市中和區中山路三段60號 電話：02-82275280 -- 一個人的美食、旅行與生活...柔藍食單 http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.163.241.110 ※ blueherobest:轉錄至看板 ShuangHe 12/11 18:16
