收押禁見V.S聲押禁見有何不同

收押禁見、聲押禁見、羈押禁見意思都一樣。一般檢察官常用收押禁見，法院常用羈押禁見。

收押禁見係法院裁定羈押被告，並且禁止被告與外人接見。

何謂羈押禁見：

應是「羈押」與「禁見」分開來的。

「羈押」
法院裁定將被告收容至特定處所，是限制其人身自由的刑事處分。

「禁見」
被告被羈押後被拘禁於看守所中，原則上得與外人接見、通信及受授書籍及其他物件。(刑事訴訟法第105條第2項)

但若法院認被告為前項之接見、通信及受授物件有足致其脫逃或湮滅、偽造、變造證據或勾串共犯或證人之虞者，得依檢察官之聲請或依職權命禁止或扣押之。(刑事訴訟法第105條第3項)
