關於商品保固期的定義以及保固期限(日期)計算的法律條文

請問現今相關法律、規章、條文中，是否有明確定義商品保固期限或保固日期計算的規定?

例~
某商品於101年6月1日購買，保固期限1年，非人為因素於保固期限內皆更換新品!

假設~
該商品於102年5月1日故障送回店家，店家於同年5月2日轉送公司進行檢測，公司於102年5月15日檢修完畢確認商品非人為因素導致損壞或故障，另於102年5月20日更換全新商品。

問題~
1.更換後的這項全新商品，其保固期限仍是由原購買日101年6月1日開始計算?還是重新計算??
2.若重新計算是以送修日期為主?還是更換新品之日為主?

以上問題，我需要明確的法律條文及內容(如消保法第XX條.....)
