公司加班強制換休，是否可投訴?

公司不付加班費而強制加班強制換休，如不出勤加班會有事情(已詢問過領班)

公司今年因訂單大量減少而沒有賺錢，但最近因趕產能而強迫加班

公司加班算法為1.66

但1.66=1.33(換休)+0.33(換錢給你)

簡單來說加一天給你一天換休+約300的加班費

這樣是否違法!?

如果跟勞工局或南科管理局投訴是否可以!!

或需要什麼證明!!

還很可笑在這之前公司還有招開動員大會董事長還說絕對沒有不給加班費
換休跟換錢都是讓員工選，過沒幾天就要強制換休

PS:過年快到了~我們要錢呀= =
