標題[問題] 關於Legal High 2羽生檢察官的疑問

小弟最近看完Legal High 2 一直對劇中有個疑惑 劇中羽生本位原是檢察官 後來自行創立律師事務所 要和古美門產生對立的情形 但我的疑問在於 日本檢察官考試也是以取得"任用資格"為標的嗎? 不然檢察官和律師兩種身分互相轉換 沒有任何法律上疑慮嗎? 對這點有點疑惑 還請大大們解惑 謝謝 ps. 可能的話可否和我國稍微比較 因為想明確瞭解一下 感恩 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.232.198.244
