餐廳名稱: 味珍香 卜肉店 消費時間：102年/12月 地址：宜蘭縣三星鄉三星路七段305號 電話：03-9892960 營業時間：AM10:00~PM17:30 圖版網誌:http://friendindeed9.pixnet.net/blog/post/40530379 今天要介紹的是這間飄香了80個年頭的卜肉店"味珍香" 因為到三星鄉辦點事情，Google了一下哪間卜肉店好吃 馬上就看到好幾篇食記介紹味珍香，看起來滿美味的就決定去嚐嚐囉 一到現場.....天阿.....人真的好多 菜單 餐點樣式沒有很多，很簡單 炒麵(中) 我們有兩個很會吃的男生和一個很會吃的女生 老闆建議三個人點中的分量是OK 炒麵對我來說有點過油，不過香氣十足，感覺是用豬油下去炒 麵條吃起來也很有咬勁，加點醋下去吃起來更夠味阿。 酸辣湯 這湯不是我的愛，勾芡勾的太稠，喝起來沒甚麼味道 炒青蔥 我從來沒吃過青蔥用炒的，雖然也是有點油，但味道很夠，滿好吃的:) 重頭戲~~~卜肉~~~登場 麵衣不是想像中的酥脆反而是有點軟軟的 肉的部分不會太材，吃起來有點Juice的感覺~~~好吃!! 另外蔬菜天婦羅好脆唷，也不油膩，真的大推 -- 麵包決定愛情的長度 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.129.39.51
