制裁無用 北韓製高檔雪砲

（法新社斯德哥爾摩3日電） 北韓國營媒體本週刊出領導人金正恩視察新滑雪場的照片，瑞典1家公司驚訝發現，儘管歐洲聯盟對北韓祭出禁奢制裁，北韓仍取得公司生產的製造人工雪景雪砲。

根據歐盟禁奢制裁，平壤當局不得取得奢侈品和儀器設備，不過瑞典Areco公司仍在北韓馬息嶺滑雪渡假村照片中看到公司的產品正為滑雪場製造皚皚白雪。

Areco執行長艾林（Johan Erling）在今天的「每日新聞」（Dagens Nyheter）說道：「我不知道這些產品怎麼會出現在北韓，我們沒有直接銷售產品到北韓。」

北韓國營媒體報導，金正恩去年12月31日試乘渡假村纜車，多張照片呈現出渡假村中據傳長達110公里的滑雪道、1座飯店、直升機和纜車，部分照片也看得到Areco公司生產的雪砲。

艾林說，他很意外看到這些照片，昨天也致電中國大陸經銷商，而經銷商向艾林保證「沒有把雪砲賣到那裡」。

艾林因此推斷，這些雪砲很可能是二手的，且已難以追蹤流向。（譯者：中央社張詠晴）
