陸衛計委：各地均積極推進「單獨二胎」政策工作

大陸國家衛計委新聞發言人毛群安今(7)日於新聞發布會表示，關於實施「單獨兩孩」的政策，目前各個地方都在積極做準備工作。他指出，按照大陸國家規定，各地須將本省的調整方案提報國家衛計委進行備案，然後通過當地人大批准之後正式實施。

有關相關服務工作，例如孕產婦的保健、新生兒接生的條件準備，毛群安表示，目前這些工作均按照國家統一的安排部署正在有序進行，這也是2014年衛計委的重要工作內容。

大陸二胎政策概念股今日多數走揚，截至11:07左右，奧飛動漫(002292.SZ)漲近7%，長春高新(000661.SZ)漲逾4%，光明乳業(600597.SH)、星輝車模(300043.SZ)、康芝藥業(300086.SZ)漲逾2%，太安堂(002433.SZ)等近十檔漲逾1%。
