申請信用卡的資料與身分證影本遺失

原本要申請XX銀行的信用卡資料寄丟了
裡面有申請書跟ID影本
跟一些薪資證明
ID影本有註明僅供XX銀行申辦信用卡用
擔心被有心人拿去盜用

請問我要如何做預防動作
1.請銀行協助?
2.去戶政掛失身分證 (想說上面會有換證日期)
3.或是有哪些可諮詢的單位

因為寄丟好幾天了~今天才知道
很急很急~不要答非所問!!
