公務員加薪會不會帶動民間企業加薪基本上是不會的! 民間企業會考量營運狀況.
公務體系跟民間企業不是要換就可以換, 公務員要經過國考.
人材在私人企業的薪水一定會比公務體系高的!! 公務體系的薪水是按照職等高低核薪, 你再厲害, 到了公務體系也是按照職等核薪!
而且現今的公務體系動輒得咎, 政務官出事拍拍屁股走人, 事務官跑不掉要擔責任的!! 不是外界想的那樣好!
