1、不管是什麼錢，只要匯入個人帳戶後，即視為個人財產

所以債權銀行是有權去申請扣押來抵債務的

2、時效消滅…你想的太簡單了

雖然民法規定債權追訴期為15年，但是，這15年間，

債權人可透過向法院換發債證，而重新計算這15年，

所以銀行絕對會追一輩子的，

追到死，死了再看有無人繼承，一直追討下去

除非死了，又沒人繼承，那這筆債務，才只能作罷
